How to size for chamois
The right fit is crucial to a comfortable ride. The chamois should be tight in the hip and thigh and feel like a second skin.
How to measure
H
Hip Circumference Seat
Ensure you are wearing light clothing and your pockets are empty. Place your feet hip width apart, measure around the fullest part of your glutes.
T
Thigh Circumference
Standing relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your thigh (check both legs).
MT
Mid-Thigh
Standing relaxed, measure around the mid-thigh. Roughly half-way between your crotch and your knee.
