Over the years we have experimented, tested, and developed a whole range of materials for our range of Pods before settling on our own specially formulated EVA foam, tweaking the density of the material until we found just the right balance between rigidity and weight. This material allows us to create cases that not only deliver the level of protection our customers demand, but also allows our Pod to be almost 4kg lighter than our competitors (that's 8.8lbs in old money!)
