You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Return Shipping Costs

Returns are made at your own cost.

If you have received a faulty item or an incorrect item, we will refund your return shipping cost once the item has been inspected and the issue confirmed.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in resellable condition

Returned in the original packaging with all tags intact
For hygiene reasons, any close-fitting garments (e.g. cycling shorts) must be tried on over your own underwear. This ensures items remain hygienic and suitable for resale.
Refunds

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will issue a full refund, including your original postage cost.

For non-faulty returns, once inspected and approved, a full refund minus the original shipping cost will be processed.

All refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days of the return inspection.
Returns Procedure

Log into your account by clicking the silhouette icon at the top right of our website.

Navigate to the product you wish to return and click the “Request return” button.

Select your reason for return from the dropdown menu and add an optional note if needed.

Submit your request. We will review your return request and email you once it has been accepted or declined.

If your return request is accepted, the email will include full return instructions.
